Cancellation Policy

**Please notify Academic Strides by phone ((754) 303-3325) or email (info@academicstrides.com) if you have any questions or concerns.** THIS IS WHAT YOUR COACHING SESSIONS INCLUDE (based on package purchased): 1. One-on-One Coaching sessions. You will receive up to the number of coaching sessions that have been paid/purchased during the Program Term, to be conducted based on the package purchased virtually (via Zoom) or in-person (via a public meeting location). Your attendance is critical for the success of this program and there are limited times available. Therefore, please make your best efforts to make our available days work. The purpose of the one-on-one coaching sessions is to help you overcome obstacles to achievement by providing strategies, tools, and lessons. All coaching sessions must be used during the Program Term or they are forfeited, and all calls are subject to our business policies regarding coaching session scheduling and cancellation. 2. Academic Strides Community Portal Access. You will have access to the Academic Strides Community portal, which includes written materials and video and audio recordings of previous group coaching session. You will have 180 day access to written materials, videos, and audio recordings of previous group coaching sessions. The community portal allows you to submit questions, files, feedback and any other materials for Strides coaches to review. You will have 1 year access to the community portal with the purchase of a coaching package. SCHEDULING POLICIES 1. To schedule coaching sessions, please use the Academic Strides website (academicstrides.com) to schedule your appointment. 2. If you do not attend at the scheduled day and times, your session is forfeited. 3. If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited. 4. If we cancel, no-show, or must reschedule, the scheduling process and policies will be repeated. THE BASICS 1. You are securing one of a limited number of seats Academic Strides offers. 2. We make it easy to understand what it is like to do business with Academic Strides. 3. Please make sure you review and sign the Academic Strides Coaching/Tutoring Agreement before your first tutoring session. 4. Written documents supersede our prior discussions, emails, online or voice messages. By checking the box below, you agree that you have read and accept the plan policy.
